PV Drilling and Baker Hughes Ink Deal to Deepen Drilling Services Cooperation

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Nguyen The Son, Member of the Board of Directors of PV Drilling. Senior executives from Baker Hughes were also present, including Mr. Alex Garcia, Vice President of Integrated Well Services & Solutions; Mr. Tayo Akinokun, Senior Vice President of Global Regions; and Mr. Amerino Gatti, Executive Vice President of Oilfield Well Services and Equipment.

The agreement focuses on boosting the two companies' joint efforts in the Asia-Pacific market, in line with PV Drilling's strategy to diversify its services, adopt cutting-edge technology, and offer advanced technical solutions. The partnership is expected to leverage the strengths and resources of both sides, leading to more effective and cost-efficient solutions for their clients.

Previously, PV Drilling and Baker Hughes have successfully partnered on several projects in Vietnam through their joint venture, PVD Baker Hughes, achieving notable success in domestic drilling campaigns. Additionally, the two have jointly provided Plug and Abandonment (P&A) services in recent years, establishing themselves as a reliable and reputable provider in the Vietnam Market.
