Bung - Van Ninh Expressway main route is ready to operate from April 28th
All items of the main route of the North - South Expressway Bung - Van Ninh section have been completed according to the approved design, ready to be put into operation from April 28th.
According to the report of of Director of Project Management Unit 6 to State Inspection Council on construction acceptance on April 25th, the Bung - Van Ninh Expressway section is nearly 49km long. This project was officially launched in January 2023 with a total investment of nearly 9,400 billion VND.

Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van, Vice Chairman of the State Inspection Council for Construction Acceptance, chaired the meeting.
The leader of Project Management Unit 6 shared that currently, all items on the main route have been basically completed. Project Management Unit 6 commits to constructing according to the approved design documents and organizing the acceptance of construction items and works according to the provisions of law, ensuring that they will be put into operation from April 28th.
Recognizing and praising the efforts of Project Management Unit 6 and related units, speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van, Vice Chairman of the State Audit Council, said that based on the assessment of the members, the Council approved the conditional acceptance results of the investor, allowing the main route of the Bung - Van Ninh expressway to put into operation.
He also requested the investor to seriously organize the construction of the remaining works according to the committed time, complete the pavement and slope positions to ensure the tightness and slope according to the design.

All main items of the North-South expressway section Bung - Van Ninh have been completed.
"The construction contractor must have appropriate construction measures in the conditions of both construction and operation, especially for intersections that have not been completed and locations where slope reinforcement is currently being carried out," the Deputy Minister noted.
The Deputy Minister of Construction also requested the investor to monitor and control traffic volume, vehicle load and the effectiveness of signs as well as the traffic situation on the route to promptly adjust traffic organization measures to ensure safe and smooth traffic during the early period of operation.
